WorkHere is evolving to meet your needs.
Over the past six months, WorkHere has transformed from passive, job board style clicks-and-forms engagement to a live human chat model where a WorkHere chat team member talks to every candidate. Based on our conversations with employers like you, we also added a referral note feature that appears at the top of each new candidate email.
WorkHere’s targeted advertising and chat team work for you.
Workers who respond to WorkHere’s targeted advertising land in a chat session with one of our chat team members who go over their profile and assesses their location, skills, and work experience to determine if they meet your criteria and qualifications. Workers who are determined to meet your needs and are verified to be interested in your job are delivered to you as a new candidate. When you get a new candidate, you’ll get an email with the subject of “New Candidate”. We strongly recommend that you review these emails quickly.
We work fast. You should too!
Remember, our chat team just spoke with the candidate, so quickly reaching out to the candidate will make a big difference. This is probably a good time to mention that email just doesn’t work as well as phone calls and text messages—and if you are using email as your primary outreach strategy, it may be time to revisit that. We’re seeing WorkHere customers who call candidates within two hours cut their candidate-to-hire ration by as much as 80%.
You needed more. We listened.
Based on conversations with employers like you we added a Referral Note at the top of every candidate delivered email (Look for emails with a subject of New Candidate). Each referral note contains information that should help you and your recruiting team determine fit, help you connect better with the candidate, and in some cases make it easier to engage and hire. Here are a few examples:
