It’s finally happened. Baby boomers have mostly aged out of the workforce and the talent shortages hitting nearly every industry are costing American companies more than $1 trillion in lost revenue.
I am thrilled to be joining WorkHere at an exciting time in their growth as a company and innovator in the recruiting industry. I joke with Howard, Mike, Rick, and the team that I’m the perfect example of our mission to help organizations recruit better and hire local.
I recently joined WorkHere, an Indianapolis area HR Tech startup, as Director of Business Development. The concept for WorkHere spoke to me and of what most of my career experience has involved within the staffing and recruiting industry to this point. WorkHere was created to address a gap and improvement that I also believe needed to be addressed in the industry (both locally and nationally).
