Having great people is important. The lower the wage, the bigger the gap between bad and good. Lower wages also make it harder to find great people. That’s why you should recruit especially when all of the jobs are filled.
People quit. People get fired. And sometimes, you find someone so good, you need to find a way to get them on the team. It doesn’t matter what the job is. If you can upgrade your people, you should find a way to do it.
Always be recruiting. Always.
