CARMEL, IND. — Work-life social network WorkHere announces the hire of Lisa Helms as vice president of customer engagement. Helms joins WorkHere after serving as manager of global recruiting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) and as strategic account director for enterprise accounts for social recruiting website Jobvite. Helms has also served in various HR and recruiting leadership positions for Yoh, ASSIA, Tradescape and Midwest Transmission System Operator (MISO).

Helms joins WorkHere’s leadership team that includes’s lead architect, Rick Wehrle; Truevision founder and Adobe computer scientist Brad Pillow, data scientist Doyle Groves, National Labor Exchange architect Mike Seidle and entrepreneur Howard Bates.
